Found small but hard & sharp bone fragments in every can I meshed & combed through. The bigger fragments are about 4-6mm. One piece was a long thin but hard & sharp splinter of about 5-6mm long. Reported the issue to Zealandia. According to Zealandia's investigation, the bone issue likely to affect only a small portion of the entire batch, and they have taken steps to prevent this from happening in future. I would still suggest checking through your purchased cans if you bought the same batch (batch no. PFN22:2172B:53098, expiry date Feb 2024). If this hard sharp bone issue is resolved by Zealandia, will continue to give it to my cats since it has a good ingredient list & seemed to have improved my cat's stool quality. But if hard sharp bones still found in subsequent purchases, will have to stop giving to my cats - don't want to take the risk as all it takes is just one hard sharp bone fragment to cause harm to a cat.

Was recommended by vet to switch to this for my cat who has an unknown food allergy. Introduction wasn’t smooth but after a while, my cats accepted it. It has a very good ingredient list! Very healthy and contains all the essentials and more. I see that their coat visibly shinier and they look more healthy and active. Sometimes a bit too active 😂 I think this really boosts their metabolism. No matter how much I feed them, they still remain very slim. Only wish that this was restocked more often! It often goes OOS 🥺 which is a nightmare for me cos my allergic cat can only eat this
